PRODUCTO Galleta alargada de masa esponjosa rebozada con tiras de almendra en la superficie. Depositada en bandejas de 450x900mm con 7 piezas por bandeja. La galleta se expande en el horno. CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LAS MÁQUINAS: •Línea de producción compuesta por dos estaciones: oDosificadora-Formadora de pastas y galletas GTF. oUnidad de topping de cinta. •El operario coloca la bandeja con moldes al inicio del transportador y la recoge llena al final. •Posteriormente la coloca en el carro de horneado. •El exceso de almendra que no se ha pegado en la galleta se recupera. •Se pueden cambiar los moldes para hacer productos con diferente número de boquillas fijas o giratorias; lisas o rizadas. •Opción de fabricar otro tipo de productos en masa semi-líquida o dura. VENTAJAS •Mejoras en la dosificación, piezas uniformes, fabricación más rápida. •La masa no se desgasifica. •Mayor ergonomía para el operario. •Cabezal extraíble que permite una limpieza y desinfección completa.
